THIS SITE IS ONLY FOR BRAHMINS:

kalyanavedika.co.in is run exclusively for Brahmins to serve Brahmin community and offers effective services pertaining to marriage related services. Registrations of Brahmins alone will be accepted.

UNSATISFACTORY PROFILES:

Any profile, which we decide unsatisfactory after becoming kalyanavedika.co.in paid member, will be deleted from our database without any prior intimation and no refund of the fees collected shall be entertained.

Customers who have registered his/her profile online which proved to be unsatisfactory at later stage will be deleted from our database without any prior intimation.

kalyanavedika.co.in shall follow up customers who have registered their details online asking for Free or Paid membership. Members who are satisfied may become paid members at their wish. The members can convert from Free to Paid and vice-versa at their own interest. kalyanavedika.co.in never pressurize any member to become a Paid Member at any point of time.

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES:

Fees (Irrespective of Package taken) once collected by kalyanavedika.co.in for providing suitable services is NON-REFUNDABLE. Customers will have to either accept the necessary services provided by kalyanavedika.co.in or may ask to stop providing services. Customers who paid fees online may claim their Receipt.

kalyanavedika.co.in will not be responsible for cheques sent without crossed or endorsement/sent with wrong name and address, Demand Drafts made in wrong name, Postal/Courier loss or payment made other than to kalyanavedika.co.in

MEMBERSHIP FEES:

Customers are requested to select Package Options at their wish and make payment accordingly. Our Membership is having certain validity both for time and number of matches linked with marriage settlement. Once the profile is deactivated for any of the reasons applicable for that membership, the customer has to either make payment again or may drop the idea of subscribing to kalyanavedika.co.in at their will and wish. There is no constraint that a customer whose registration expired should make payment again.

SITE POLICIES:

kalyanavedika.co.in reserves the right to make any changes in the site, policies and terms and conditions any time. Customers are requested to update themselves for the same from time to time.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

kalyanavedika.co.in will maintain the members’ profiles confidential (other than the members who have taken the Membership or that meant for transmission). However, kalyanavedika.co.in may divulge such information if required by law.

kalyanavedika.co.in may use the members’ details like WhatsApp Numbers, Phone numbers, Email id’s etc., for their good offices for further communication or otherwise if required for the welfare of Brahmin community.

RIGHT TO FORM CONSORTIUM/ ASSOCIATES:

While providing services, kalyanavedika.co.in may outsource any part thereof to any competent person or organization, with or without disclosing it to you. However, your membership rights and responsibilities continue as against kalyanavedika.co.in only and not against such persons or organizations.

Exchange OF INFORMATION:

kalyanavedika.co.in, generally shall not share any details with any other matrimonial service provider and is independent on its own activity. Therefore, interchange of information between kalyanavedika.co.in and other matrimonial services is not on regular basis. kalyanavedika.co.in runs Advertisements, Commercial Shows on reputed You Tube and TV Channels and gets database on its own independently. Collection of Information is primarily directly from customers by way of mail / email, whatsapp, sms and personal registration in our office or in our conventions. Therefore, in general no such data is obtained from any other matrimonial portals nor any association by other Matrimonial Bureaus. However in the interest of our paid members for quick settlement of marriages, our team is in touch with other Brahmin Associations to find a suitable match for our paid members. In such instances, we will obtain all the necessary information and pass on the same to our paid members with the oral / written consent of the both members.
